Coaching works on the basis that when the coachee identifies the solution, they are far more likely to follow through with it.  This builds confidence and creates a very positive and developmental experience.  This is facilitated through a coaching conversation reflecting on what is happening currently, what has worked so far. and what you really want.  The coach acts as a facilitator using questioning techniques and resources to support you consider options and create a plan of action.

Each programme is tailored to suit individual needs and can take place via Zoom or face to face.  Confidentiality is key and an agreement is signed at the start of the programme.

Career coaching often includes identifying strengths and transferable skills, considering your motivators and key values, aspects you are prepared to compromise on and those you are not, as well as identifying what really excites you from a career perspective.  It can help to review your unrealised strengths and how to maximise your potential using the skills you enjoy using most.  We look at  leveraging your network to support with your career change. 

Other services include creating impactful CVs, interview practice and identifying key learning from feedback, turning the feeling of rejection into a positive learning experience to support future applications.

How much does coaching cost?

I offer a free 45 minute discovery session to discuss what you want to achieve and to help you establish if I am the right coach for you.  Sessions cost approximately £70 per hour which includes preparation time, with a discounted rate if you purchase a package.  Concessions are available in some circumstances, so please chat with me.  Typically a programme lasts between 3-6 sessions but it does depend on individual needs.
